Welcome to our homepage!

The international intellectual property protection company INTELS was established in 1993 as a subsidiary of the international organization INTELS, and in the year 2006 was reorganized to “Agency INTELS Latvia”.


We are a leading company in the field of industrial intellectual property protection.
Our associates are members of the Latvian Association of Patent Attorneys, INTA (International Trademark Association) and ECTA (European Communities Trade Mark Association).


The scope of our professional activities covers versatile protection of intellectual property rights, representation of clients regarding legal protection of inventions, trademarks and industrial design before the Latvian Patent Office.


We also cooperate with the Latvian Customs Office in order to help clients prevent import of counterfeit goods into Latvia.
